Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can be submitted within 30 days of the date of original purchase. . Our rewards member get special perks on returns so if you are interested, click --> HERE 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
  • All final sale items
  • Any items with the matchbook tag removed
  • Any gym and/or swimwear with tags removed

Please also note that due to return abuse and fraudulent activity we are unable to allow more than one exchange per order at this time. Our team will also review all large returns manually prior to processing any refunds or exchanges.

**Returns can take 10-15 days to be processed at our return warehouse. When that return is process then your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
